SMS Communications Compliance
Cemplex is dedicated to protecting the privacy and security of your Personal Data, especially concerning SMS communications.
SMS Communications Handling: Cemplex utilizes SMS communications to provide important updates, service notifications, promotional offers, and customer support messages. Message and data rates may apply, and the frequency of messages may vary. All SMS communications comply with applicable legal standards.
Opt-In Procedures: Before sending any SMS communications, Cemplex obtains your explicit consent. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Cemplex, which requires providing Personal Data such as your name, mobile phone number, and email address. You will be informed of the nature and frequency of SMS communications at the time of consent.
